About the Role
6 month Fixed Term Contract
Camberwell (3 days in office per week)
Reporting to the Program Director, the Senior Change Manager will be responsible for supporting the business in the successful delivery and end user adoption of new programs, systems, or processes across the organisation through communication, training, and business engagement. This is a hands-on role that requires the incumbent to take ownership of the change management processes and deliverables associated with the project and be responsible to the needs of the teams impacted by the change. You will work closely with the Communications Lead and at times be required to help prepare communications.
This role includes matrix reporting to the two project managers leading the implementation of the relevant systems:
• SuccessFactors and Avature PM
• Humanforce and Chris21 PM
The Senior Change Manager will ensure all change related deliverables support the individual project implementation timelines. You will create alignment and agreement on the strategies and tasks that can be realistically achieved within the current project timelines (go-live in June 2024).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the change analysis which includes stakeholder analysis, change impact and gap analysis.
- Address any potential people risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
• Facilitate senior level meetings to surface and resolve sensitive issues and drive alignment.
• Ensure that readiness assessments are conducted.
• Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change caused by projects and change efforts.
• Create alignment and consensus amongst the executive and project team regarding the best change strategies and tasks that can help to achieve the objectives.
• Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans with support from the relevant business teams and project resources (such as change leadership plan, communication plan, and resistance management plan) that are obtainable within the allocated timeline.
• Lead the project team to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
• Coach and support the business representatives to lead the change.
• Lead and support the creation of the measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of individual changes.
• Lead and support the relationship with other group-wide specialists (e.g. Implementation, Communications and Training) in the formulation of plans and activities to support project go-live.
• Ensure coordinated, consolidated, and timely reporting of the change deliverables
About you
• Detail-oriented and efficient.

• Excellent presentation skills.
• Significant experience in a similar relevant role, with the ability to operate in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of constructive and mutually- beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Change Management experience in the implementation of HRIS solutions – with experience in SuccessFactors
• Degree in Human Resources, Organisation Psychology or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in the coordination and running of large change management projects with project timelines of more than 12 months.
• Significant experience in senior stakeholder engagement and working with technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience in end-to-end HR lifecycle (Onboarding, HR Management, Offboarding, Rostering and Time & Attendance)
To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply an NDIS worker screening clearance, COVID and flu vaccinations, and certification proof.
