About the Role:
Join our team in this newly created role as a Change Manager and play a pivotal role in our CRM project team. You will spearhead the development and implementation of change management and communications plans for the rollout of technology products and services, focusing initially on our refreshed CRM, sales, and marketing automation platform. This role requires adeptness in engaging with all levels of management and staff to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of changes, along with measuring the effectiveness of staff engagement and adoption of new systems and practices. Additionally, you will contribute to business analysis tasks, including business process mapping, system testing, data mapping, and refinement of business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct change impact assessments of planned organizational changes and manage anticipated resistance to change.
Support the development of relevant communications for change initiatives and provide reporting and updates to management and project teams.
Foster effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, service providers, and suppliers.
Facilitate change impact discussions with key stakeholders to identify and quantify impacts, risks, and issues.
Coordinate and track the monitoring of actions arising from change impact assessments and contribute to Training Strategy and Plans.
Draft various written and visual communication products, including guidelines, fact sheets, presentations, and brochures.
Contribute to establishment of Benefits Management frameworks, tracking progress, defining success metrics, and measuring benefits realisation from change initiatives.
About You:
Experienced Change Manager with 5+ years of experience in change management roles and some background as a Business Analyst.
Some experience as a Business Analyst
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
Solid understanding of change methodologies and frameworks, such as ADKAR.
Experience working with Change Fatigue
Experience working on wide variety of different types of change from systems and process changes to cultural change to organisational realignment change.
Adequate experience in process mapping, data analysis and systems to be able to undertake effective change impact assessments and training strategies.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management approaches.
