Join a boutique consultancy specialising across Aged Care, Health Care, Disability Services and NFP sectors. This is a full-time, permanent position. This is a hybrid working environment, where you will split your time between the head office (CBD), client sites and working from home.
You will be responsible for leading the change management of the businesses clients- the large majority of the work will focus on rostering, time and attendance, payroll, ERP and CRM’s. The businesses work across a range of technology such as (but not limited to): Technology One, Epicor, Kronos, Workato, Salesforce.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the change and project management for various ERP/CRM implementations
- Integrate Rostering, Time and Attendance and Payroll
- Partner closely with a broad range of key stakeholders during and post implementation
- Provide training to users
- Optimise processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Partner with the HR and ICT teams to ensure outcomes are delivered
- Drive the initial program delivery to its successful completion
- Ensure go live objectives are clearly communicated and agreed with stakeholders
- Responsible for continuous product improvement and education post implementation
- Minimum 2+ years experience in change management
- Experience in healthcare/aged care desirable
- Expertise of the requirements to achieve well managed implementations
- Commercially savvy
- Highly developed communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- An ability to work in a dynamic consulting environment in an evolving business
