About the role:
As Change Manager, you will be responsible for providing change management strategies, change plans and communications plans that contribute to the successful implementation of business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across Parks Victoria.
You will be a highly motivated and organised individual with the ability to keep a focus on project delivery while continuing to provide essential engagement with our key internal stakeholders. The Change Manager will be expected to demonstrate sound project management capabilities across a range of different and complex projects across the organisation.
We're looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated, superior experience and a record of achievement in leading and managing critical, highly complex strategy implementation and change projects in a large and complex organisation
- A structured approach to problem solving and an ability to critically assess a range of data points to identify the true root cause of issues and to design viable solutions
- Highly effective relationship building skills and an ability to negotiate with and influence leaders and senior management
- Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret highly complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports
