Responsibilities:
- Lead change management across key workstreams in a global transformation program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, using agile practices.
- Develop and execute change management plans, considering regional needs.
- Ensure alignment across workstreams, functions, and regions.
- Contribute to strategic direction within the Integrated Change Workstream.
- Prepare communication, learning, and engagement materials.
- Engage stakeholders to support change initiatives and adoption.
Background:
- Experience in change management across People, Process, and Technology.
- Must have successfully implemented a talent marketplace in a previous organisation
- Familiarity with global Talent Management frameworks.
- Partnership experience with Enterprise Communications, Learning, Content teams, and vendors.
- Proficiency in agile principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience.
- Advanced risk and issue management experience.
- Track record in managing transitions to integrated learning platforms.
