Our client who employs thousands of people are continuing their growth and seeking a Change Manager to join their office in the South-East suburbs of Melbourne.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Control the change management through ServiceNow, developing and refining change policies, procedures and guidelines to facilitate a smooth integration process.
- Design and deliver training sessions as needed to educate stakeholders on new change policies and procedures, ensuring comprehensive understanding and compliance.
- Lead the incident management process, with ability to quickly identify, categorise, prioritise and resolve incidents.
- Implement strategies to highlight and reinforce change policies, ensuring they are understood, followed, and integrated into daily operations.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings to review and assess proposed changes, providing expertise and guidance on the potential impact, risks and benefits associated with each change.
The skills/experience needed will include but not be limited to:
- Change Management where you have owned a change policy.
- Deep understanding of incident management.
- Strength on the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills when engaging with key business stakeholders.
- Ability to think analytically and remain composed under pressure, driving effective resolution in high-stakes scenarios.
