A change expert is needed to develop and implement change management plans, support communications and training efforts to ensure a smooth transition across the organisation.
Key accountabilities include:
- Design and implement end-to-end change management plans and implement them across the department.
- Ensure change projects are delivered successfully, within budget and on time through end to end project management.
- Structured success, progress tracking, and mastering people-related risks.
- Effectively engage and support stakeholders through the change journey, including providing change management advice and education to support people leaders to effectively lead their teams through these challenging transitions.
- Support training efforts by conducting training needs analysis, developing capability plans and support the design and delivery of training program.
- A natural negotiator and influencer with proven ability.
- Be able to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
- Thrive off working in a team environment.
- Experience operating in an agile environment.
- A strong track record in delivering organisation change.
