Drive impactful organizational change within a State Government setting, prioritising safety and lasting integration.
DFP Recruitment, on behalf of our State Government client, are seeking a suitable candidate to develop and implement effective change management plans. The successful applicant will be supporting communications and training efforts, tracking the effectiveness to ensure business readiness in adopting the new ways of working and put safety first.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
· Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to enhance employee acceptance, proficiency, and accountability, ensuring lasting integration and adoption throughout the organization.
· Engage and assist stakeholders effectively throughout the change process, offering guidance and educational resources to enable team leaders to navigate transitions successfully.
· Evaluate business impacts across personnel, procedures, and technologies through thorough impact assessments.
· Manage business readiness activities (including assessments, checklists, communications)
· Assist in crafting, delivering, and managing communication efforts.
· Support training initiatives through needs analysis, development of capability transfer strategies, and facilitation of training programs.
· Play a key role in refining change management frameworks and facilitating the transition from project delivery to standard business operations.
The successful candidate will have strong Knowledge and understanding of change management principles, methodologies & tools with a passion for fostering collaboration with stakeholders and will able to demonstrate the following:
· Proven experience at coordinating several interconnected change initiatives
· Prior experience working in complex regulatory government environments
· Passionate about driving cultural change
· Effective negotiation abilities and adept at influencing
· Strong track record in delivering organisational change
