Our client, Allstar Solutions, is a specialised IT / ICT professional services company, providing support services to clients in Australia, New Zealand and beyond. Delivering upgrades, deployments, relocations, break/fix, project management, design, operational support and on-demand recruitment - they’re with their clients all the way.
Allstar is a wholly owned and operated Australian company that has been providing ICT managed services to its clients for over 23 years. Founded in 2000, by Bass Elhashem, Allstar Solutions started by servicing one of the big four banks through a major telecommunications outsourcing contract. The business has since grown to provide core ICT support services to Australia’s largest enterprise clients, Government and Small to medium Enterprises clients.
And right now, we've been retained to recruit a Channel Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing the relationships and opportunity-flow from their Tier 1 channel partners.
Who are you?
Well, you'll probably have between 2 and 3 years' experience as an SDR - possibly in channel management within the ICT sector, matched with a steel-like energy to challenge, push and be firm with clients. It's also likely that people describe you as:

- A relationship-builder with great confidence-building people skills;
- Fast-paced, multi-tasker;

- Posses a good 'sixth sense' - able to read people readily.
The gig?
Well, in simple terms, you'll be building relationships in both depth and width across each of Allstar's Tier 1 accounts. You'll be ensuring that Allstar is picking up projects across Professional services - IT - Deployment, Design Solutions - Project Management, with an AOV of $50K. You'll be strengthening existing relationships in the channels as well as forging new opportunities in related divisions.
