The Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organisation accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft. Our mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organisations to achieve more.

As a Channel Sales Manager you will work with our priority Managed Partners for Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with our Partners to drive sales at scale and to deliver revenue impact to the business. You will provide Sales Readiness, Deal Coaching, Pipeline Reviews and Manage Top Deal Execution with our Win Formulas. This opportunity will allow you to deepen your Cross Solution Area Knowledge, Grow your Business Acumen and hone your skills in Sales Leadership in partnership with our incredible Azure team.

  • 5+ years of core sales, Channel Sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience.
  • Create and execute a sales plan with our Partners closing top deals in the Small Medium Business - Corporate segment.
  • Experience in Partner Sales Management. Excellent collaboration across different stakeholder levels at Partners
  • Experience in leveraging marketing, incentive, programs to drive revenue growth.

  • Owning a Solution Area Sales Plan with Top Managed Partners
  • You will create joint sales plans with your set of Territory Partners designed to drive Solution Area sales.
  • Institute a regular Sales Rhythm to ensure sales execution
  • You will lead a monthly Sales rhythm of business to ensure scale execution and provide support for any commercial/tech blockers through an extended team of resources.
  • Provide Sales Readiness and Deal Coaching
  • Accelerate sales performance through your Territory Partners by coaching partners on the Solution Area value conversation. You will support scale campaigns to accelerate revenue growth. Act as a conduit between the Partner and Microsoft sellers.
  • Leverage Programmes and Investments to accelerate deals
  • Leverage all our Partner incentives, programmes and available resources to ensure deal acceleration and execution.
  • Support top deals
  • Support the partner in driving top key deals to deliver revenue impact to the business. Assist in removing blockers and coach on compete challenges.
