The Campari Digital Shelf is in an exciting phase of development and growth, creating an opportunity for a National Account Manager, E-Commerce & Alternative Channels to champion the digital agenda for the Australian market.
Role
Reporting to Head of Coles, Alternative Channels & eCommerce, this role will be responsible for developing Campari’s E-commerce Strategy in collaboration with the Global team and Channel Marketing Manager. This role will communicate global strategies to the National Business team and optimise the Digital Shelf across all customers.
Core focuses of the role will include:
- Drive the Digital Agenda: Leverage Digital & E-commerce strategy in close collaboration with Global Team, and drive digital strategies for the local market through optimisation of Campari’s PurePlay Digital Shelf across all customers.
- Customer Management: You will support Heads of Customer to manage Pure Play ecommerce retailers, the delivery retailer and nominated National customers (Aldi, Costco, and others outside of traditional Chains and independents), including the “Bricks & Clicks” customers in their eCommerce strategy and execution.
- Cross Functional Partnering: Partner with all functions across the business to champion the global objectives and ensure alignment on strategies, opportunities and execution across national promotional activities, marketing assets, NPD projects, pricing strategies, etc.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in Digital & PurePlay E-Commerce will be essential, in addition to experience in FMCG, with strong commercial acumen. With an innate ability to build strong relationships, this candidate influence without authority, identify and effectively communicate new opportunities, and embrace challenges and change.
