What would be your key responsibilities?

• Managing and optimizing websites.
• Ensuring smooth operations and driving revenue growth.
• Developing and executing strategies to drive sales and optimize performance across online sales channels, including but not limited to e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and social media channels.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless channel operations, timely product launches, and effective inventory management.
• Monitoring and analysing store performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed across websites.
• Working within the broader Marketing team and business to support all marketing activities, timelines and objectives.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience within retail and ecommerce will be beneficial.
• Sales discipline knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Possesses strong analytical skills to identify opportunities as well as to mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
