Responsibilities
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.
- Mise en place and breakdown.
- Section management.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
- Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance
The Prerequisites
- 2+ years' experience in fine dining or hatted venues
- Learn new techniques and sections
- Experience in a busy and professional environment
- Good communication and attitude
- Organised with a love for well executed food
- Course completion of use hygienic practices for food safety and participate in safe food handling practices
