La Pizzaiola is a long established 90 seat dine-in Italian Restaurant in Toowoomba and currently expanding. We pride ourselves in bringing the flavours of Italy to our local community. We are open Tues-Sat. You enjoy Sundays, Mondays and all Public Holidays off! We are seeking a Chef with experience and a passion to serve quality meals in a fast pace to join our small family orientated team. We also require a keen, energetic Apprentice Chef who is exceptionally good and proficient. IMMEDIATE start for the successful applicants
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Full Australian working rights essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Full time work Tues-Sat with Sundays, Mondays and all Public Holidays off
- Reports directly to Head Chef
- Assisting Head Chef in food preparation, cooking in service, plating, presentation
- Chef who enjoys working in a team environment, also has confidence and ability to work by themselves
- Excellent communication skills
- Great positive can-do attitude
- Input with menu and new recipes
