Mr Lawrence and Hide Steak & Bar are looking for 2x Full-time Chefs. We are looking for an Apprentice Chef or Qualified,
Shepley Group currently operates four different business across Wagga. With plans to continue developing this can be a great opportunity for you to grow with us. Shepley group currently operates
Mr Lawrence café located at 187 Fitzmaurice Street open 7 days a week, Established in 2021.
Mr Lawrence café is also opened in a second location inside Calvary hospital which also opens 7 days a week, Established in 2022.
Hide Steak & Bar is a steakhouse restaurant open 5 nights a week, Established in 2022.
Shepley Group also maintains a group venture with Food I am to provide exclusive catering.
About you
- Excited to learn new and develop existing skills
- Organisation, cleanliness and efficiency skills
- Working knowledge of food handling & hygiene standards including stock control
- Confidence in a fast paced environment
- Must be reliable and work well in a team environment
- Comfortable to work alone
- You are self-motivated and can multi-task during quieter periods on your own
- High level of attention to detail
- Willing to develop skills & knowledge
- Positive & approachable Manner
