Form of workWe are seeking an experienced full-time/Part -time chef/cook for a busy cafe to join our team. The candidate must be well presented, clean, fast, and able to work in a team, have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef/cook Working in a fast-paced environment such as busy cafes, restaurants and must be reliable and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook meals according to the cafe's menu & recipes
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard of quality, taste & presentation
- Manage inventory & ordering of ingredients, as well as maintaining a clean & organised kitchen
- Collaborate with our friendly & dynamic team to provide excellent customer service & great overall experience for our guests
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards & regulations
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef in a similar
- Strong culinary skills & knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of food safety & hygiene practices
- Full time availability (day/night)
