Diploma of Hospitality Management or 3 years relevant experience for Chef
Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or 3 years relevant experience for Cook
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Full availability, including evenings and weekends.

Develop recipes and menus
Prepare and cook a range of fresh and flavourful Mexican dishes, following our recipes and standards
Work closely with fellow staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations
