Chef de Partie

The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, energetic Chef de Partie to join our team of talented chefs at Hôntô. We are looking for chefs who have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a high-level of service. This will require:
2+ years experience working as a chef, with experience in a busy and professional environment
Passion and enthusiasm is essential
Ability to learn new techniques and sections
Good communication and attitude
Organised with a love for well executed food
Course completion of use hygienic practices for food safety and participate in safe food handling practices

Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.
Mise en place and breakdown.
Section management.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance
