We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences, crafted with the freshest ingredients and a creative touch. We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team.
Role: As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen brigade, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Assisting with the management of health and safety and food hygiene practices
- Managing and training kitchen staff
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Acting up in Head Chef capacity where required
Key Selection Criteria:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- 2+ years experience
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and compliance obligations
- Exceptional time management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, and an ability and willingness to resolve issues with appropriate, creative solutions
