We are currently seeking a creative and passionate Chef de Partiewith a desire to learn and join our food-passionate kitchen team.
The position is full-time, so full work rights and full availability are required.
We know that there are lots of industry opportunities out there, however, we have a small dedicated team that is supported and encouraged to grow.

What we need from you:
- Diploma in Hospitality (commercial cookery) or at least 3 years full-time experience as a Chef.
- Confidence and proficiency in all sections of a kitchen.
- Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An ability to monitor and maintain consistent standards relating to quality, presentation and hygiene.
- An eye for detail and presentation, along with a passion for creating exciting and high-quality food.
- The ability to manage, train and develop junior staff.
- Prior experience in developing new dishes, concept ideas, menus and products.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Daily food preparation in accordance with food safety standards and practices
- Prepare appropriate food quantities for daily service
- Keep up-to-date with new products, recipes and preparation techniques
- Work in all areas of the kitchen
- Support the Head Chef in ordering and stock control
- Coordinate and participate with other kitchen sections in cleanliness, wastage and cost control
- Complete weekly stocktakes
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Food Licence
- Ensure our customer expectations are exceeded at every interaction
