The role will involve:
- Working in a 90+ cover classic Bar & Grill serving lunch & dinner 5 days a week Tuesday to Saturday
- Has previous experience within a busy restaurant or quality hotel
- Is interested in classical techniques and learning more about authentic European cuisine
- Wants to challenge themselves in a high volume kitchen and has the enthusiasm to succeed within a professional team

- Has strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Can actively listen and communicate effectively with colleagues
