ABOUT THE ROLE
We seek skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to bring their diverse experience and inspired ideas to our table. Using your expertise and the finest seasonal ingredients, you’ll be producing on-trend food whilst assisting us to ensure the smooth flow of kitchen operations across both lunch and dinner service. Working collaboratively with the front-of-house team, you’ll consistently strive every day to deliver a warm and memorable dining experience for our guests.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 3 years experience in a la carte dining
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ensuring high attention to detail.
- A team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach.
- Passion for hospitality & the pursuit for more knowledge
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety
- Available to work across a flexible, rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
- Full unrestricted Australian work rights, Working Holiday can be accepted.
