Job Description:

Position: Chef De Partie
Location: Moore Park, Sydney
Employment Type: Full-Time - 8 hours shifts between 10am and 6pm. No weekends! 
Reports to: Production Manager

We are hospitality but we are different – no traditional restaurant model for us!

About You:

• Minimum 2 year experience in similar position
• Have a passion for quality food 
• Have an eye for detail and great communication and organisational skills

WHAT DOES A CHEF DE PARTIE DO?

The Fun Stuff

• Batch cooking and preparation of multi cuisine foods 
• Following food safety procedures, stock rotation, managing wastage
• Coordinate food production schedules and ensure highest level of food quality, taste and production
• Maintain effective relationships and support with management
• Do regular inspections of the entire kitchen and act promptly to correct deficiencies discovered
• Be proactive and support the Manager with anticipating and resolving problems
• Implement and monitor all Health and Safety and hygiene practices and procedures
