Work at a venue in a unique setting that is vibrant and fast-paced.You will need to be able to demonstrate, depending on your experience:
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Impeccable hygiene standards, including a certificate in the AHA COVID-19 Hygiene course.
Stock control, ordering, and rotation.
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a busy bistro is highly regarded.
Work experience on sections including but not limited to grill, pans, pizza, fryers, and larder, highly regarded
Flexible with working hours.
Passion for producing consistent, quality food.
A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
Must have the right to work in Australia and be a permanent resident.
