Owned by the Mitchell family since 1999, Montalto is where seasonal, heirloom produce is grown, shared and celebrated. Montalto’s home estate of 30 acres under vine is the primary source for their premium wines, and the expansive kitchen gardens and orchards supply their kitchens in The Restaurant and The Piazza. Montalto's award-winning restaurant presents an ever-changing set menu, designed to share. Showcasing our estate grown heirloom produce, each course highlights the deep connection between our estate gardens, our kitchens and is inspired by our Culinary Creative Director, Matt Wilkinson.

CHEF DE PARTIE | We are looking for an energetic and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team.

THE ROLE

• Chef de Partie in The Piazza at Montalto
• Relevant experience in a similar position
• Understanding of food safety standards
• Ability to work as a part of a team with excellent communication skills
• Ensure that the food served is contemporary, popular and profitable
• Full-time (5 days a week). Weekend work with set days off. Occasional evening shifts for functions only.
