SalaryINVERLOCH ESPLANADE HOTEL is looking for a qualified and experienced chef to join our business on
a full-time basis. Salary on offer is $70000-$75000 plus super, depending on experience.
In this role, you will assist in overseeing kitchen operations and working with other team members in running an efficient kitchen.The Ideal Candidate Must Have:? have previous experience in the industry or in a similar role (at least 2 years)

Demonstrated experience as a chef in a high volume restaurant/pub
Successfully worked in a team to achieve outcomes
Assist in design, plan & execute progressive & exciting dishes
Display outstanding culinary knowledge and passion for food
Effective management and communication of diverse team
Maintain high food safety standards and procedures
Monitor and adhere to OH&S requirements
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Understanding of financial budgets, food and labour costs is advantageous
Calm and approachable nature
Full availability, able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
