About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie within our Conference and Events kitchen, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will lead a dynamic team of chefs, collaborating closely to create outstanding food and unsurpassed customer experiences. From intimate gatherings to grand events, you will showcase your culinary expertise while ensuring impeccable service delivery.

About You:

• Passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences.
• Dedicated to excellence, detail, and service delivery.
• Trade qualifications in cookery.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time management and supervisory experience.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster.
• Alignment with the Federal Group Principles.
• Working rights in Australia.
