Task & Responsibilities Assist Senior Chefs with food preparation daily in line with all food hygiene standards Preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals to order Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, all equipment, and storage areas Communicate with staff regarding specials, stock, and preparation required Have excellent knowledge of menu creation, whilst maintaining quality and controlling costs in a volume food business. Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment Communicate with the Head Chef regarding any changes or issues within the kitchen Qualification & Experience Relevant trade qualification 2-3 year's work experience required for this role An obvious passion for food and your culinary career and the desire to produce and be responsible for producing the highest quality and consistent food.
