Qualifications & experience
- Qualified to certificate 3 in commercial cookery or equal
- Minimum 2 years in commercial kitchen
- Knowledge of European cuisine
- Food safety certificate
- Have a passion for the hospitality industry and genuinely good food
Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintain consistency in their section, food preparation and food presentation
- Work calmly and professionally with a small team of professional chefs
- Strict compliance with HACCP
