Nestled in the beautiful village square of Peregian Beach, Periwinkle restaurant offer a modern French and Mediteranean cuisine. Since its opening in January 2017 the restaurant had a tremendous success and his well regarded within the Noosa restaurant scene.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our talented team

Qualifications & experience

• Qualified to certificate 3 in commercial cookery or equal
• Minimum 2 years in commercial kitchen
• Knowledge of European cuisine
• Food safety certificate
• Have a passion for the hospitality industry and genuinely good food

Tasks & responsibilities

• Maintain consistency in their section, food preparation and food presentation
• Work calmly and professionally with a small team of professional chefs
• Strict compliance with HACCP
