The venue appeals to a wide demographic, providing a great space for functions and families alike.As a CDP you will become part of a small, energetic kitchen brigade that will encourage you to flourish. The ideal candidate will be able to work in all sections of the kitchen with strong grill and pizza experience.Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure efficient use of ingredients, minimising wastage.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
