The Role
We are on the hunt for a Chef de Partie to join this large Inner West pub that caters to a diverse local crowd. We are looking for someone that thrives in a lively and busy venue and who enjoys cooking pub classics and bistro style food. The menu offers a good selection of dishes including rotisserie and charcoal grilled meats from the deck kitchen, burgers, pub classics and small plates for sharing.
To be successful in this role you will have:
1-2 years’ experience in a CDP position
Confident running a section and working across the kitchen
Experience working on the grill is preferable.
Good communication and execution of dishes
