AddressWe are currently searching for someone passionate about creating delicious breakfast and lunch dishes in a unique and fun cafe environment. We're seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team and lead our kitchen located in Queenscliff.
Working Hours: Wednesday - Sunday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a kitchen environment including stock rotation, ordering and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- Leadership abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
