In this role you will:
- Demonstrate a commitment to total customer satisfaction
- Undertake every aspect & responsibility of running the Kitchen
- Driving the venue & striving for excellence
- Participate in maintaining the kitchen to the highest cleanliness standards
- Mentor & train junior staff
About You
The successful applicant will be an established Head Chef, or experience Sous Chef looking to step up.
We need a leader that is energetic, enthusiastic and wanting to prove themselves, most of all, someone talented and passionate about creating not only great food but a wonderful environment with a strong team.
You will have:
- The ability to undertake any section of the kitchen
- Co ordinate and communicate effectively to run a service
- Minimum 1 years experience at a similar level or 3 years at a Sous Chef level in a proven establishment, with great references.
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding time-management skills
- Experience working in fine dining or smart casual restaurants.
- Desire to take full control
