Margan Restaurant is seeking an experienced Chef to join our talented Restaurant team. The right person will be experienced, have a passion for seasonally inspired dishes using our estate grown produce and be able to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Our restaurant kitchen garden and orchard, olive groves, free range chickens and estate reared lambs provide an incredible range of organically grown produce for our kitchen team to use in our ‘farm to fork’ menus.
