Chef required

Tree Top Walk Motel & Restaurant requires a full timechef. The position is offer to Australian permanent resident/citizen or withvalid work visa.

Suitable candidates will be required to hold the followingqualifications.

In Australia AQF certificate IV (anzsco skill level 3) orsimilar overseas qualifications.

Duties and responsibilities

*Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality.

·        *Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills andother cooking equipment.

·         *Preparing and cooking food.

·         *Seasoning food, placing it on plates and addinggravies, sauce and garnishes.

·         *Storing food in temperature-controlledfacilities.

·         *Preparing food to meet special dietaryrequirements.

·         *May plan menus and estimate food requirements.

·         *May train other kitchen staff and apprentice.

• Expected salary: $68,000 - $80,000 per year
