Task & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Create and execute innovative menu items while maintaining authenticity and integrity of Venezuelan cuisine.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet customer expectations and enhance dining experience.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize food quality and minimize waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, specials, and promotions.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.

Qualification & Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment, preferably with expertise in Latin American or Venezuelan cuisine.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff.
• Creativity and passion for food, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
