We are recruiting for the following positions:
- Commis
- Demi
- Chef de Partie
- Sous Chef
You will have:
- Previous experience as a Chef with trade certificate is essential
- Full working rights within Australia
- Be able to work a varying roster including weekend work
- Pride in producing exceptional food with impeccable presentation/attention to detail
- Previous experience within functions/events for large numbers in a banqueting environment is an advantage however not essential
- Due to the location, you will need to have your own transport
