- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining environment
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
- A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
- Working within a high performing team to deliver high-quality products and a smooth service
- Performing food preparation tasks, training, and supporting a section
- Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed
