SOUS CHEF Experience Required:

• 2-3 years’ experience in busy environment or similar role.
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Proficient understanding of HACCP.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, dedicated and organized.

CHEF DE PARTY, PASTRY AND DEMI CHEF Experience Required:

• Passion for food and the industry.
• Understanding of HACCP.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, dedicated and organized.

KITCHEN HAND Experience Required:

• Be a team player and willing to help wherever required.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Able to follow directions and take initiative.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, dedicated and organized.

BAR MANAGER Experience Required: 

• Same or similar role 2-3 years’ experience.
• Create seasonal signature cocktail menus.
• RSA essential. 
• RMLV or Approved manager card preferred.
• Work alongside VM.
• Work with suppliers.
• Ordering.
• Stock control.
• Liquor compliance.
• Staff training.
• Staff hiring with VM.
