We are seeking enthusiastic chefs and cooks who are looking to be part of an expanding
team at one of our prestigious sites, the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS), Bruce ACT. Grow with us!
The Role:
- Delivering high quality food and service of food items for the site whilst following
food safety standards (HACCP), policies and procedures - Be willing to undertake and support the team with daily kitchen and cooking
operations. - Ability to work autonomously and part of cohesive team in high volume
establishment. - Ability to follow recipes and directions from senior staff members
About You:
- A passion for great food!
- An understanding of WH&S and Food Safety practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
