About You:
- Passion for the industry
- Dedication to improving the kitchen in order to grow our business
- Solid leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and nurture the culture in the kitchen
- Experience in managing costs
- Experience in ordering and stock management
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen desirable
- Strong focus on delivering high standards and exceptional product
- Highly organised with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to quickly problem solve
- Excellent communication skills
