Chef/Smallgoods producer- Full time
Award winning producer Salt Kitchen Charcuterie is looking for an experienced chef or butcher to join our team. In this role you will be working alongside our experienced staff to maintain a sanitary workplace and help manage raw meat production for our products.
The successful applicant will be producing our charcuterie and will ideally be a qualified chef or butcher however we would look at applicants that have butchery experience and strong knife skills without a formal qualification. The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic, good knife skills and will be trained on food safety to comply with our strict guidelines.

- Able to follow and retain instruction
- Good knife skills
This role is a Monday-Friday position and shifts will be day time hours only, no nights for a 38 hour week. A good salary is on offer for the right candidate.
