Salaryil MATTO is a busy Italian restaurant with a casual dynamic kitchen in beautiful Torquay on Victoria's Surf Cost.We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie with extensive industry knowledge and experience, with organisation skills that allow you to deliver consistent and quality food in a fast paced and high volume environment.$70,000 p.a. + Superannuation Skills & experience-Must have experience in Italian cuisine
-Minimum 2 years experience
-Ability to work well under pressure while still delivering consistent high quality food
-Ability to work as a team player or independently to achieve results
-Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities
-Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
-Strong Food Safety experience
-Flexible availability-weekends, public holidays, and nightsTasks & responsibilities-Ensure quality control
-Maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment
-Food service and preparation
-Assist and collaborate with the Executive Chef
