Chief Examiner

We're seeking a Chief Examiner to join our Product Design and Development team based in Brisbane on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Manager of Product Design and Development, the Chief Examiner will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, integrity, and regulatory adherence of Aviation Australia's examination and assessment procedures and processes.

Is this role for you? Our ideal candidate will have the following:

• A Diploma in Aeroskills.
• Both CASA and EASA B category licences.
• Certification in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122).
• Proven experience in coordinating and maintaining various aspects such as examination question databases, paper compilations, and ensuring examination database security and access.
• Ability to provide sound guidance to staff and students regarding regulatory requirements for examinations, including conduct and appeals processes.
• Demonstrated track record in ensuring compliance of examination systems with NVR/ICAO/CASA/EASA/GCAA and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Competence in safeguarding examination and assessment data, materials, and intellectual property.
