This is a very exciting and forward focused leadership appointment with a global transformational leadership initiative, aimed at increasing the influence and impact of women leading (with a STEMM background) for a sustainable future.

Owning purpose and values: The ideal candidate will have:
- A deep commitment to elevating the visibility of women leading for a sustainable world;
- Ideally, prior experience working with women with a STEMM background; and
- Be able to work in a flat organisational structure by living the principles of collaboration, inclusion, legacy mindset and trust with assets (money and people).
The CEO will embody a demonstrated passion for HB’s purpose, visionary goals and values.
