The Shire of Moyne is a local government area in the Barwon Southwest region of Victoria, Australia, located in the south-western part of the state. Working closely with the passionate Mayor and Councillor group you will lead the organisation to achieve its strategic direction, ensuring excellence in service delivery and customer service. As CEO you will build collaborative, trusted, and transparent relationships with the elected Council, the organisation, and the community, to ensure the excellence in service delivery. Leveraging your networks, and building new relationships, will see you contribute to attracting further investment for the shire, while building upon the strong advocacy initiatives of the Council and the broader Barwon Southwest region. As CEO, you will ensure the implementation of Council plans and strategies that will drive health and wellbeing and quality of services to ensure Moyne continues to be an inclusive and thriving community.

You excel in building deep collaborative relationships and possess a proven track record of effective engagement with the community and a broad range of stakeholders.
