BioBlue is South Australian owned manufacturer and distributor of AdBlue® servicing customers nation-wide.
As a rapidly expanding private company, BioBlue has proven growth strategy and long-term value. We are seeking an experienced and innovative part-time CFO to oversee the successful running of our financial operations.
Additional opportunities exist to assist the Chief Executive Officer in establishing the financial success of two start-up companies, both presenting significant market opportunities.
This is a part-time position permitting flexible working arrangements.
Role and Responsibilities
As BioBlue’s CFO, you will play a crucial role in the financial success of our operations.
- Strategic financial planning, risk management, budgeting
- Regular financial reporting to support management decision making
- Identify opportunities to maximize profitability
- Develop and implement processes and systems to facilitate growth
- Supervise broader financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, asset management, and payroll.
- Lead our accounts team with a focus on performance management
- Active approach to problem solving
- Contract negotiation and dispute management
- Ensure compliance with the law and our Company Policies
Required
- Demonstrable experience as a CFO or in a similar executive financial role.
- Experience in related industries is highly valuable.
- Previous experience in high-growth private business.
- Highly analytical, critical thinker, contentious, and orderly.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Team player with positive contribution to our workplace environment.
- Relevant professional qualification and/or certifications are essential.
