To support further growth, they are seeking a talented Chief Financial Officer to play a meaningful contribution to their success. The CFO will be a key player within their highly respected executive leadership team, responsible for enhancing the quality of financial information, introducing advanced analytics, supporting strategic decision-making, and playing a pivotal role in their acquisition strategy.
They will provide visionary leadership to the finance team and foster a culture of excellence, oversee all financial operations (including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance), and implement advanced financial analytics to provide deeper insights into business performance. The role will also lead financial due diligence and integration for acquisitions and evaluate potential acquisition targets and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, with strong leadership skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
