This unique opportunity to join as Chief Financial Officer, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the board, you will have direct responsibility to develop and deliver the Financial Strategy. In addition, you will lead the Legal, Risk and Compliance functions across all venues under management. Actively participate on the development of organizational strategic plan, you will offer trusted advice to the CEO, the Board, and wider Executive Leadership team.
Critical to the success in this role will be the development of a robust financial management framework, governance framework, integrity in forecasting, budgeting, procurement, asset management and financial reporting. Providing valuable insights derived from accurate data management and analysis, you will contribute to decision making across the organisation critical to their growth and sustainability. You will also utilize the insights to review the business performance against financial targets including cost optimization, event profitability, capex and opex management, cashflow management, and revenue maximization.
As a highly regarded Chief Financial Officer, you have the strategic and financial acumen to drive sustainable business growth and develop appropriate Legal, Risk and Compliance frameworks, especially in a high fixed-cost business environment. You have proven experience in the development of valuable insights from accurate data and analysis to assist critical decision making across all functional area of the organization. With your first-class critical thinking skills and ability to develop capability, you have personal interest in empowering your people to achieve their very best and contribute to the experience of all visitors to this iconic multi - venue organisation.
