About the Role:The Chief Financial Officer, reporting to the Group Managing Director, is responsible for the management of the Group’s Corporate Finance function, including:
- Cash flow management.
- Budgets.
- Management and optimisation of capital.
- Statutory taxation obligations.
- Holding Company accounting and statutory reporting.
- Financial governance and compliance.
- Financial reporting to executive management.
- Financial system transaction workflows.
- Building productive relationships with stakeholders to deliver key business strategies.
- Leadership and management of the Accounts and Finance team.
- Optimisation of the Group’s finance function activities, policies, and procedures.
- Meeting individual and department KPIs.
- Working across multiple entities with diverse operations.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance
- CPA or ACA qualification
- Significant accounting experience at a senior level in commercial and/or public practice.
- Demonstrated capability in leading & managing an operational team and a practical understanding of contemporary people management practices.
- Ability and willingness to take a practical approach and undertake work at an operational level.
- Prior specialisation in taxation, financial reporting and/or auditing.
- Demonstrated experience in leading business process improvement and project management.
- Proven ability to meet statutory obligations.
- Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
- Full Time Permanent Position
